Day #2 Demo Begins

Cabinets are gone so now it's time to tear out the wall and take over the garage.
I'd love to say that things have progressed perfectly on schedule, but I'm not going to. It's Friday and the sun is shining. The dumpster is here so things should start happening soon.
The concrete trucks are supposed to arrive sometime this afternoon so our customers are really happy it's not raining today. What a great way to start the Labor Day weekend!

Day #1 Cabinet Removal

The cabinet buyers have showed up and are busy removing the old cabinets.
So, now what do you do for a kitchen area? You need a sink and some sort of storage, right? Our customer kept the wet bar area to use as a makeshift kitchen. Boy, will that ever get old QUICK!
End of Destruction Day #1. Other than being worn out from helping with the cabinet removal, no major problems have surfaced. The next step will be to remove the kitchen wall. Oh dear! I believe a mess is on its way.....

Kitchen Remodel Day by Day

Thinking about remodeling your kitchen? We are going to take you through the process with one of our customers. There will be times of frustration we know, but in the end, it will all be worth it. The BEFORE look at our kitchen:
This remodel will also be an expansion of our kitchen space so the cabinets and some of the walls will need to be removed. Our customer has sold their old cabinets and the buyers will be in to come remove and haul them off. What a great way to offset some of the renovation costs! The excitement begins tomorrow!
